In 2018, Engineer Marvin C. Espino realized the benefits of PEMF therapy due to his recurring shoulder and knee pains. He designed and developed a prototype of the Makina we know today, and tried it on himself. It worked! He credits PEMF therapy for being able to train for triathlon these days.
His immediate family was also recipients of initial home trials, his wife who suffers from carpal tunnel syndrome, shoulder and knee pains, and his son who has a spinal T2-T3 injury. With PEMF therapy, their conditions have become much more manageable. Soon, extended family and friends were requesting a Makina of their own. Engineer Espino wants to share this technology with others.
In designing the company's flagship product, the Makina, he draws from his years of experience as an international electronics and communications engineer, with numerous patents issued by US Patents Office for his many inventions and discoveries.
Based on scientific principles and countless rigorous medical studies, PEMF therapy works. However, it remains a big question why such an effective, safe, and non-invasive form of treatment has not reached household status.
This is what EMC-PEMF aims to do. With the desire to democratize this pioneering medical technology, EMC-PEMF was founded. It seeks to complement traditional methods of treatment when it comes to healing, recovery, and pain management. It aims to provide effective, easy-to-use health, wellness, and sports device to give easy home access to PEMF therapy.
EMC-PEMF's curated management team includes primary and secondary health care and public service professionals, well-experienced in the medical sector and personalized care.
